Sherbond's Platinum Service
Designed for the safe and professional handling of high profile evictions and the enforcement of Writs of Possession, our Platinum service offers clients the most detailed and comprehensive eviction service in the UK today. Using our extensive operational experience spanning nearly 30 years we can deploy our national eviction team of trained enforcement officers to cover any size or type of site.
Writs of Possession requiring this level of service are handled by our Project Planning Team. Depending on a client's timetable for the eviction to be carried out, we will plan out the detail of the eviction using our unique approach to ensure every detail is covered including police involvement, insurance issues, and health and safety risk assessments.

Sherbond's Gold Service
Our Gold Service is used predominantly by clients who have properties occupied by squatters or who have land which is occupied by travellers as part of an unauthorised encampment. Clients choose this service for its short turn around time, and guarantee of possession within 48 hours of the Writ being issued to Sherbond.
Again as part of our planning and deployment strategy we will review the position of the site and handle all the issues including health and safety and insurance. We will often ask the police to assist us using our statutory powers under Section 99 of the Courts Act 2003, Schedule 7, paragraph 5.

Sherbond's Silver Service
Our Silver Service is again used predominantly by clients who have properties which are occupied by squatters or who have land occupied by travellers as part of an unauthorised encampment. Clients choose this service for its slightly lower cost and guarantee of possession within a 7 day window of operation.

The Bronze Service is often used for domestic tenant and mortgage repossession cases. Clients choose this service for its guarantee of possession within a 14 day window from the time the Writ of Possession is issued to Sherbond.
