The enforcement of your Writ of Possession, is one which you can outsource to Sherbond with peace of mind.

The Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers who are personally responsible for High Court Writs issued in their name, have developed the Sherbond brand of enforcement to take care of any size of possession action, whether it be a domestic repossession of property, or a large scale eviction of unlawful occupants.

Four levels of service have been designed to meet the requirements of Sherbond clients. Sherbond as part of Shergroup, believes in transparent pricing and wherever possible offers a fixed price for Gold/Silver and Bronze levels of service to ensure clients are clear on the contract price for labour and administration costs. Platinum levels of service are for more complex projects and can be discussed with members of Sherbond on a no-obligation basis.

We will inform a client of any requirement for a Health & Safety report or a separate and specialized Risk Assessment over and above the Generic Risk Assessments which Sherbond has designed through its years of operating in this field of enforcement business.

It is vitally important that we help you as our client to choose the correct level of service for the enforcement of your Writ so it complies with legislation and our comprehensive insurance cover designed specifically for evictions. Naturally we are looking to ensure a peaceful and safe eviction for all concerned.

Platinum Service

Designed for the safe and professional handling of high profile evictions and the enforcement of Writs of Possession, our Platinum services offers clients a completely packaged service. We will attend planning meetings to assess the risks and size of the eviction, and using our twenty plus years of operational experience working with the Metropolitan Police and other constabularies throughout England and Wales, we will prepare a project plan to take care of the crucial elements to include :

• the insurance of the operation from start to finish
• site security
• health and safety issues and risk assessments to cover all occupants and personnel
• police assistance under the provisions of the Courts Act 2003, Section 99, Schedule 7, para 5
• our approach on the need to handle protestor devices such as tree houses, tunnels, and other devices
• we will also cover off urgent applications to the Court, including allowing the enforcement to proceed on a Sunday

Gold Service

The Gold Service is used predominantly used by clients who have properties occupied by squatters or who have land which is occupied by travelers as part of an unauthorized encampment. Clients choose this service for its short turn around time, and guarantee of possession within 48 hours of the Writ being issued to Sherbond.

Silver Service

The Silver Service is used predominantly by clients who have properties which are occupied by squatters or who have land occupied by travelers as part of an unauthorized encampment. Clients choose this service for its turn around time, and guarantee of possession within a 7 day window of operation.

Bronze Service

The Bronze Service is used for domestic tenant and mortgage repossession cases. Clients choose this service for its guarantee of possession within a reasonable 14 day window from the time the Writ is issued to Sherbond.
