You can use Sherbond to enforce any Order for Possession made against Trespassers or any other order for possession where you have been given by the court to use a High Court Enforcement Officer.
To start off the process all you have to do is fill in our online instruction form which you can select by and send it to us either with a cheque, or your online payment, to cover the court fee payable when we apply to issue the High Court Writ of Possession.
Sherbond's legal team do all the legal work to ensure the transfer is completed without any hitch and we also prepare the Writ of Possession or Writ of Combined Possession and Fi Fa at no additional charge – so no need for you to look at the Rules!
Your order for possession can be converted into a High Court Writ of Possession in around 4 – 21 days depending on the length of time taken by the county court to complete the paperwork in its part of the process.
Once transferred a local Sherbond Enforcement Officer acting on the direct authority of an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer will attend the address within a defined service level which we describe as bronze, silver, gold or platinum.
If you have a judgment for any sum of money as part of the final order, we can produce a Combined Writ of Possession and Fi Fa which gives you the choice to go for possession and or recovery of the outstanding debt by seized goods to the value of the debt element of your judgment.
If Sherbond is able to recover the judgment debt for you then this sum plus some interest and the costs of execution will be
recovered for you.
